The room had 2 comfy queen beds, a fridge, and a pullout sofa - super handy for extra guests or just lounging 🛋️. The meals were delicious and satisfying.

The Desk personal were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

We had to ask for toilet paper. Also, the second morning of our stay the head of the cleaning staff asked if we needed a full cleaning, I told her we didn't need to have our linens changed but, we needed toilet paper, towels and freshen up. The bed wasn't even made or the dirty wash clothes and towels were not picked up and also, again no toilet paper. This was not the cleaning lady but her supervisor.

Favourable and absolutely perfect location very close to everything, good for visiting DeSoto. A coffee table, a whirlpool, and a writing desk available in the queen room.

The room I stayed in was super clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. It had a cool ceiling fan to keep things breezy and a fancy jacuzzi tub for some relaxation 😌. The bathroom came equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bath towels.

The pool area is nice too.

Staff hospitality, cleanliness , no pets, no smoking, complimentary breakfast and wifi.

Toilet didn't work, vent in rest room didn't work.

This hotel in DeSoto is a great choice! The rooms are cozy, peaceful, and modern with queen beds that are really comfortable. The service is top-notch, with hassle-free parking. The location is superb and convenient. They also have a lovely restaurant on the property for dinner.

The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacumed. The bed had hair in it and the carpet in one room smell like mildew.

close to the people I was visiting, close to venue where I attended their wedding, everyone was very friendly and all smiles...that goes a long way with me...and I would enjoy that same experience again

Reasonably spacious rooms with a jacuzzi tub, wonderful stay! A huge variety of food at the nice hot and delicious breakfast. Stunning location very close to everything and very pleasant and incredibly nice staff. So close to Dallas, Texas and restaurants and shops.

Really enjoyed how the comfortable quiet queen room with a pull out couch was arranged when we arrived. The location was perfect and beautiful in the downtown area. The service was outstanding with a fast check-in. The folks were superfriendly;)))

Nothing bad to say.

The front desk clerk was so polite, professional and friendly. the location was very convenient. the décor in the room was very tasteful.

there were a couple of ugly stains on the carpet in the room. During our initial check in process there was a staff member {might have been maid} who kept rudely interrupting the front desk clerk. She interrupted several times for nonsense, non-business matters.

The staff were absolutely kind and accommodating. Fast check-in and painless check-out made the experience smooth.
